Indian Oil Corporation Limited. List of Candidates Provisionally Selected for Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT)JMA-IV against SpeVenue: Narmada Guest House, Gujarat Refinery Township, PO: Jawaharnagar,

  1. Two nos. of latest passport size photograph.
  2. Matriculation/HSC or other relevant certificate in support of Proof of Age (PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Passport,
    Driving License in support of DOB are not acceptable)
  3. Mark-sheets starting from Matric,
    sheets/certificates and Final Diploma/ITI/Degree Certificate.
  4. Documents pertaining to Experience (Offer of Appointment, Current Pay Slip, Experience Certificate etc.)
  5. Copy of the relevant page of the last published Balance sheet of the establishment indicating Large Industrial
    Establishment (industrial/manufacturing Units) whose investment in plant & Machineries exceed Rs. 10 crores
    and which has been in operation.
  6. Candidates employed in Govt./Govt. Departments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies will be required to submit ‘No
    Objection Certificate’.
  7. Caste Certificate in the latest prescribed format.
    Note:
  8. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria as per Advt. No. JR/02/2017, are advised not to
    SPPT.
  9. It is clarified to the candidates that their candidature is PROVISIONAL and is subject to their meeting the
    prescribed eligibility criteria (Refer advt. No. JR/02/2017) and subsequent verification of certificates/ testimonials.
    At any stage, if it is found that a candidate has furnished false or incorrect information then his candidature is
    liable to be cancelled.
